We’re elated to welcome these outstanding individuals to our board of advisors. Their unique expertise will help us shape our business strategies while continuing to help healthcare facilities keep patients safe by preventing drug diversion from occurring.

Pamela Mergens, M.D

Dr. Mergens is an anesthesiologist who is affiliated with the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Az. She is currently involved in drug diversion prevention as chair of the healthcare facility’s committee and the director of the anesthesiology program. She has also partaken in many drug diversion cases and presented at conferences and meetings.

Simone Cummings, M.H.A., Ph.D.

Cummings is dean of the Walker School of Business and Technology at Webster University, St. Louis. A proven leader, she  has conducted multiple studies focusing on the impact of drug diversion among healthcare professionals. She is also a board member of the St. Louis Regional Health Commission.

Neal Long

Long is the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of ConsortiEX, a highly innovative Healthcare IT software and services company aimed at health system pharmacy compounding and supply chain. A business transformation expert, Long has spent the past 12 years guiding startup companies to be success driven. He also has experience working with industry giants, such as GE, Marquette and Phillips.

Tom Tilley

Tilley is a managing director at Mariner Capital Advisors and leads the firm’s 10-person investment banking team. With more than 15 years of investment banking experience, Tilley assists business owners and private equity firms in acquiring and divesting privately held businesses around the country. Tilley manages all aspects of business transactions including sourcing buyers and sellers, financial modeling, building capital structures, negotiating and closing the transactions.

Tony Giordano

Giordano is an accomplished executive, experienced at combining excellent analytical skills with pragmatic judgment to positively contribute to best in class productivity and profit in both startup and growth organizations. Currently, Giordano serves as a partner for B&N Inspection and Supply, TEN21 Capital and Store House Investments.

Mike Thaman

Thaman is co-founder and managing partner of Warson Capital Partners, an investment banking firm that focuses on sourcing capital for growth companies as well as buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisition transactions. Thaman’s specialty areas include healthcare services, medical instruments, specialty retailing, automotive dealerships, banking, national defense, and manufacturing.

Michael Pruett

. Michael Pruett, MBA, RPh co-founded DYNALABS with a vision to help improve patient outcomes. Currently an Executive Advisor, Pruett has helps the company surpass its business goals through innovative process development and the use of leading-edge technology. Today DYNALABS is one of the fastest growing analytical testing labs in the Midwest.  Pruett leads the legal, regulatory, and administrative functions of the company.  He also manages investor relations and capital acquisitions.

Russell Odegard

D. Odegard MBA, BS is an executive with more than 30 years of experience in the medical-diagnostic, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries. In his career, he has launched more than 700 products globally, led multi-functional teams, and executed effective quality improvement processes.

In 2003 Mr. Odegard co-founded St. Louis–based DYNALABS, one of the fastest growing analytical lab testing services in the US, where he currently serves as an Executive Advisor. As part of the company’s executive team, he is responsible for its strategic direction, which emphasizes identifying, developing, and launching services that are centered on helping hospital and compounding pharmacies surpass their patient safety goals.
